The Literary Work of Imaginary Poets (2025)

Originally a short story of the same title, The Literary Work of Imaginary Poets is a women-led queer story about love, grief, and opening letters that aren’t yours to open. The film, which Taylor wrote, directed, and co-produced, premiered at the 20th annual San Francisco Indie Shorts Festival in October 2025. The film is still on the festival circuit.

Here (2023)

Taylor wrote and directed the CSUN senior thesis film, Here, which captures the various forms of loss surrounding Alzheimer’s disease. The story is based on Taylor’s experiences with her own Nana, who passed from Alzheimer’s in 2020. Here premiered at the Beverly Hill Fine Arts Theater in January of 2024, later going on to win “Best Student Short” and “Best Supporting Actress” at the Lady Filmmaker’s Festival.
